Eric R. Schindler
Director of Leasing
In the fall of 2015, Eric Schindler joined Elmhurst as its Director of Leasing. In this position, Eric manages Elmhurst’s real estate portfolio, overseeing lease negotiations, marketing initiatives, and all broker and tenant relationships, in addition to interacting daily with the accounting and construction departments.
Eric most recently acted as the Director of Marketing and Leasing for Mosites Development Company, where for six years he worked to develop and maintain a high level of occupancy and customer satisfaction for a diverse retail and office portfolio.
Prior to his time at Mosites, Eric spent twelve years with JJ Gumberg Co, initially as their credit manager before eventually joining their real estate department as a leasing manager. He currently maintains a Pennsylvania license in real estate, is a current member of NAIOP, a past member of ICSC and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from La Roche College.
Eric is a board member of the Pittsburgh chapter of BOMA.
