ELECTRONIC SECURITY

Elmhurst was the principal owner of ADS Security, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. ADS Security, L.P. was the 23rd largest electronic security alarm firm in the nation, according to Security Distributing & Marketing (SDM), a leading industry publication. Elmhurst sold ADS to Vector Security in 2019.

HOSPITALITY

In 2004 Elmhurst invested in Pittsburgh-based Prospera Hospitality. Prospera offers expertise in management, re-positioning, acquisitions and development of limited and full-service independent and branded hotels and resorts.
