Marc F. Battistone
Director of Property Management
In January of 2022, Marc Battistone joined Elmhurst as its new Director of Property Management. In this position, Marc oversees Elmhurst’s real estate portfolio, managing the operations of over three million square feet of office, distribution, and flex space.
Marc most recently acted as the Senior Property Manager for the Davis Companies, where for the last seven years he managed the Union Trust Building, overseeing the operations of the historic office building throughout an 18-month renovation that resulted in a LEED Silver certification.
Prior to his time at the Davis Companies, Marc was the Northeast Director of Operations for Healthcare Trust of America, Asset Manager at Massaro Properties, LLC, and Property Manager for Allen and Rocks, Inc. in Fairfax, VA. Marc is currently a Certified Property Manager and holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License. He is also closely involved with IREM Western PA Chapter 7, BOMA Pittsburgh, and Pittsburgh 2030
