Elmhurst, in partnership with DiCicco Development, purchased the former Sheraton Four-Points in Mars, PA, and undertook a major remodel of the building, this time as a DoubleTree by Hilton. Working with DRS Architects, Elmhurst made significant improvements to the guest rooms, meeting rooms and fitness center, with a major renovation of the atrium and office building.
16,000 square feet of office space is currently available.
