Casey Belford
Site Manager

Professional Journey
Before joining Elmhurst, Casey served as a Facility Maintenance Technician with HEBCO in Pittsburgh, where he carried out maintenance requests, repaired office equipment and cubicles, and managed deliveries from the loading dock. In that role, he became adept at using hand and power tools, following lockout/tagout procedures, and maintaining a safe work environment while keeping production areas operating efficiently. Those experiences shaped his attention to detail and his belief that minor fixes, done well and on time, make a big difference for the people using a building.
Alongside his civilian work, Casey served for 8 years as a Signal Support Systems Specialist in the United States Army National Guard. There, he provided maintenance and technical assistance on signal support systems, supervised battlefield signal support operations, and handled troubleshooting for radio, wire, and automated systems. The role demanded discipline, clear communication, and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure—qualities that now inform his approach to building operations and emergency response at Elmhurst.
Earlier in his career, Casey worked as a Cable Technician with Comcast, installing and testing data and telephone lines for residential and commercial customers, and as a Hardlines Team Member with Target, where he honed his customer service skills and learned the value of being both approachable and dependable on the sales floor. Together, these roles give him a blend of technical capability and tenant-facing experience that serves him well as a site manager responsible for both the physical plant and the people who rely on it.
“If tenants know they can count on you, they can focus on running their business.”
