Daniel Paul
Project Manager

Professional Journey
Daniel began his career with a strong technical foundation, earning his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology. He launched into the industry with Hyatt Hotels in Seattle, where he managed hospitality-focused renovations and learned the importance of precision, efficiency, and guest-centric design. These early experiences shaped his instinct for coordinating multiple stakeholders while keeping projects aligned with tight operational standards.
After returning to Pittsburgh, Daniel spent five years at Rycon Construction as a Project Manager, where he played a key role in delivering major multifamily residential developments—including Glasshouse, Helm on the Allegheny, and Mulberry Lofts. Managing these large-scale urban projects strengthened his abilities in schedule control, contractor coordination, and navigating the complexities of Pittsburgh’s evolving development landscape.
Since joining Elmhurst, Daniel has contributed to a wide range of tenant improvement and property upgrade projects across the portfolio. He brings a hands-on, adaptable approach to every assignment, ensuring Elmhurst continues to deliver spaces that meet modern expectations while preserving the company’s long-standing reputation for quality. His broad experience and steady leadership enhance the strength and reliability of Elmhurst’s development operations.
“No two days are the same — every project brings a new challenge worth solving.”
