Eliud Burgos

Before joining Elmhurst, Eliud served as a Maintenance Technician at Concordia of the South Hills in Pittsburgh. In that role he worked across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, from clearing drains and replacing fixtures to installing and servicing heating and cooling equipment and performing preventive maintenance. He also maintained safe workspaces in accordance with OSHA standards and inspected grounds and buildings for potential hazards. That experience sharpened his technical skills and reinforced the importance of safety, consistency, and clear communication in environments where many people rely on the building every day.

Earlier in his career, Eliud spent more than two decades with Amarr Garage Doors as a warehouse employee, installer, and trusted team member. He installed and delivered garage doors and parts, operated forklifts, managed shipments, and helped train others while improving work processes on the floor. The work demanded attention to detail, time management, and strong customer service, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks. Those years gave him a deep understanding of how materials, equipment, and people move through a facility, which now informs his approach to managing building operations.

Today at Elmhurst, Eliud draws on this combined background to support both tenants and colleagues. He is comfortable diagnosing issues, coordinating with outside vendors, and following through until a problem is fully resolved. His bilingual skills in English and Spanish also help him communicate effectively with a wide range of contractors and service partners. For investors and asset managers, his work translates into well-maintained properties and fewer operational surprises.
