He works closely with internal site teams and trusted vendor partners to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, landscaping, cleaning, and security operations. Marc’s focus is ensuring every tenant experiences a smooth, dependable environment so they can focus on their work, not the mechanics behind their space. With each property, he brings a calm, consistent approach to problem-solving, balancing tenant needs with operational discipline. His leadership helps uphold Elmhurst’s long-standing reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and care.

Professional Journey

Marc’s career began with hands-on roles that built a deep technical understanding of building systems, preventive maintenance, and the nuances of commercial property operations.
